Background: The security of the state is a priority task in science modern conditions. Transportation area as one most important areas for sustainable functioning, requires special attention. It very to research scientific approaches and their implementation providing at transport. Due large concentration passengers station complexes, attention should be paid keeping them working condition.
 Visual inspection actual technical condition (full-scale measurement) all structural elements (joints, joints floor slabs, nodes, joints) bomb shelter carried out identify existing defects, damages assess impact on safety, durability serviceability shelter.
 article contains description construction civil defence underground structures, namely: load-bearing elements, internal waterproofing, engineering equipment. these time survey evaluated, defects are characterized. main concrete leaching with exposed reinforcement, cracks spalling concrete, lack partial destruction supporting structures.
 Based results, recommendations further operation structure formulated. And also proposed set measures eliminate violations exploitation structures. Recommended works repair individual components structures: pasting waterproofing materials, elimination minor reinforced restoration protective layer its design values.

 Materials Methods: As material input data, asylum No. 6 Moscow was analyzed, fixing out.
